Sports and performance tests

A basic two-hour examination focused on performance sports and hobby athletes is used to set training zones and intensities, and can determine the further direction of sports training and optimal nutrition. This is a non-medical examination.
Examples of possible test types:
Stress test for setting training zones
We will determine your actual training zones and classify them according to your habits, Borg's RPE scale, watt zones, heart rate, or a combination of these.
Maximum oxygen consumption stress test – VO2max
Probably the best-known and most popular test among athletes. It allows you to find out the maximum amount of oxygen your body consumes during exercise.
Fat Max stress test – examination of the level of work with fats and lactate
The ability to work with fats is an important part of performance, and this test provides answers on how you are doing.
The test includes:
-
detailed sports, training and nutritional history
-
assessment of breathing stereotypes
-
resting spirometry examination
-
performance-oriented individual exercise spiroergometric test (trainers: cycling, rowing, paddling, airbike, running)
-
monitoring of metabolic functions and ventilation parameters
Finally, we will give you specific recommendations on how to adjust your training load, including individual training zones .
Suitable for both professional and amateur athletes.
If you are over 35 years old, it is necessary to undergo an examination by a physical education doctor (SPORT 2) before the program due to possible health risks.
Duration: approx. 2 hours.
Price: 6,000 CZK

A multidisciplinary team of experts (physical education doctor, psychiatrist, nutritional therapist, psychotherapist and coach) helps the athlete on their way back to the training process.
The price is individual depending on the scope of care.
As part of follow-up mental health care, we recommend consulting services from an external sports psychologist or psychotherapist.
